A SNEAK PEEK AT OUR SOCIAL LIFE!
Today we had the University of MN Raptor Center here to show off their amazing birds! We saw a great horned owl, a red-tailed hawk & and a merlin falcon. They provided the residents with lots of interesting information!

Yesterday we had a wonderful Veterans Day program to honor the 28 veterans we have within our community. We also had a Missing Man table displayed in our dining room honoring those who did not come home. We had Pastor Tim from Joy Christian Center lead us in prayer, we had the local VFW here to speak, along with Moments Hospice, presenting our veterans with a certificate, hat & pin. We have veterans from the Army, Navy, Coast Guard, Air Force & Marines at Talamore. We thank you for your service and we thank you for all you did for our country. Those who live in freedom will always be grateful to those who helped preserve it. ❤

It sure was a beautiful celebration with packed room and over flow down the hallway . The table set up for MIA'S was so touching. HAD not seen that before
Hunting came early at Talamore this week!🦌🦌 Residents had a blast shooting deer! So many laughs and painfully good aim!
Residents also filled the Talamore bus this past Tuesday to go vote!

We recently had a Chili Cook Off here at Talamore! Its no surprise.. two of our Chefs took 1st & 2nd place! Congrats to Chef Sam and Chef Dave on making the best Chili! They were delicious! #9 was our curveball.. Chili from Wendy's. 😆

We had fun comparing. Causing us to have some good laughs and another good time together. Let's do it every year.
We had a fun filled day this past Wednesday! We had several residents decorate tables for Trick-or-Treating! Everyone enjoyed seeing all the great costumes. We announced the winners of the pumpkin contests and had our very own resident, Dale, play music for us!

Last Friday we had a special guest, K9 Officer John Kelly. He did a great demonstration with his dog Patton. The residents were very impressed with all of the information he provided. They were even able to pet Patton at the end! Our resident, Phyllis, was very proud, as John is her Grandson!

What a great program. Awesome job to the activity team and leadership of Talamore. Terrific that you bring relevant and interesting educational programs to the residents there.
That was a great activity!!! Never would have thought of it! The police department has so many cool presentations, keep it up! Residents feel a sense of security knowing who are keeping them safe!!

Talamore St Cloud had a wonderful Open house! Gig Noonan musical entertainment was a big hit with all. Staff even got into the spirit of the 50's themed event. Even though the rain stopped the antique cars from showing up.

Talamore of St Cloud had a very busy, fun filled week! We had a water color course which was great fun! We had Allen Carlson entertaining on Tuesday. Thursday we made lots of Pies, in honor of Braham pie days celebrated on Friday. We had Olympic games early on Friday with medals presentations for the winners. The pies were a big hit for the party afterwards. We. Even snuck in a fantastic Summer Social to wrap up the week!
