Danielle Manning

Executive Director


Danielle Manning serves as Executive Director at Talamore, bringing more than 11 years of leadership experience in senior living throughout the Twin Cities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she developed a strong passion for resident-centered care and meaningful connections with those she serves. Danielle has experience working in start-up communities, acquisitions, and established senior living settings. She is passionate about building supportive team cultures where staff feel valued and empowered, creating an environment where residents can truly thrive. Her commitment to service also includes volunteering with the U.S. Marine Corps 2nd Tank Battalion Family Readiness Team while living near Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. Danielle lives in New Richmond, Wisconsin with her husband, Conor, and their five children. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, fishing for sunfish in the summer, cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers, spending time at the gym or church, and supporting her kids from the sidelines of their many sporting events.

Bobby Williams

Director of Nursing


With over 20 years of experience in senior care—beginning her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant and advancing to Registered Nurse—Bobby is dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care that enhances the lives of residents and their families. As Director of Nursing, she leads with empathy, integrity, and a commitment to excellence, fostering a supportive and respectful environment for both residents and staff. A proud graduate of Saint Catherine University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bobby blends strong clinical expertise with genuine compassion. She loves spending time with her daughters, who inspire her to bring kindness, patience, and joy to her work each day. She believes that exceptional nursing begins with genuine human connection—caring for each person as if they were family.

Youa Xiong

Associate Director of Nursing


Youa Xiong brings over nine years of dedicated experience in senior care, with a passion for creating a home-like environment that promotes comfort and dignity. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Herzing University and has worked in both home care and assisted living settings. Youa values the close relationships she forms with residents and their families, always advocating for their well-being. In her free time, Youa enjoys exploring Minnesota’s scenic landscapes with her six children and traveling to different states with her husband.

Allison Galante

Director of Sales


Allison Galante serves as the Director of Sales at Talamore Woodbury, bringing more than eight years of experience supporting seniors and their families. A Twin Cities native, Allison recently returned to the area to be closer to family and now lives in St. Paul with her husband and their dog. Known for her warm, empathetic, and compassionate approach, Allison is passionate about helping seniors and their families navigate the senior living journey with confidence and peace of mind. She understands that exploring senior living can feel overwhelming, especially for families going through the process for the first time, and she takes pride in being a trusted resource every step of the way. Outside of work, Allison enjoys practicing yoga, cooking, exploring the Twin Cities, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Molly Kallenbach

Assistant Director of Sales


Molly Kallenbach serves as the Assistant Director of Sales at Talamore Woodbury, where she is passionate about building meaningful relationships with prospective residents and their families. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, which helped shape her commitment to serving others and creating positive experiences in senior living. Known for her compassionate, approachable, and supportive nature, Molly takes pride in helping individuals and families navigate the search for senior living. She understands the importance of finding a community that feels comfortable, welcoming, and truly like home, and enjoys being a trusted resource throughout the process. Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out, and shopping.

Kristin Kaldahl

Life Enrichment Director


Kristin Kaldahl serves as the Life Enrichment Director at Talamore, bringing nearly six years of experience in senior living and a passion for creating meaningful opportunities for residents to connect, stay active, and enjoy new experiences. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Master’s degree in Sports Management. Kristin began her career in senior living as a receptionist and has since held roles in wellness, volunteer services, and life enrichment, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the many pieces that make a community feel like home. She enjoys getting to know residents personally and creating programs, outings, and special events that reflect their interests while encouraging connection, purpose, and fun. Outside of work, Kristin enjoys staying active through running, swimming, golfing, and tennis, trying new restaurants, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. While she loves exploring new places and experiencing new things, she is just as happy enjoying a quiet night at home with her two cats, Oompa and Ched.

Heather Williamson

Business Office Manager


With an impressive 15-year tenure in the healthcare industry, Heather Williamson's dedication and expertise shine through her role as the Business Office Manager at Talamore Senior Living. She holds dual degrees - an MBA and an MHA - which equip her with a unique blend of managerial acumen and healthcare expertise. Heather's commitment to family values is evident as she balances her professional responsibilities with cherishing time with her three children.

Lynell Williams

Resident Services Director


With over 15 years of experience in the Health Care field, Lynell Williams is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors. She holds certificates in Medical Assistant, Law Enforcement, Pharmacy Tech, Nursing Assistant, and ALDIR, with ongoing goals to complete LALD. Lynell's passion for senior care is evident in her work across various health care settings, including Assisted Living, Memory Care, Hospice, Heart and Vascular Care. In her free time, Lynell cherishes moments with her family, enjoys shopping, movies, cooking, games, spontaneous road trips, and quality time with her two grandchildren.

Mark Samarasinghe

Dining Services Director


Mark has over 15 years of experience in the culinary world, specializing in fine dining and seafood. After earning a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, he held key roles in the restaurant industry, including Executive Sous Chef at Oceanaire Seafood Room. In 2021, Mark transitioned to senior living, where he found his passion for creating exceptional dining experiences for residents. Since joining Talamore Woodbury as Dining Services Director, Mark has elevated the community’s culinary program. In his free time, Mark enjoys golfing, coaching his son’s Little League team, and spending time with his wife, Kristi.

Brian Glonek

Director of Sales & Marketing


Brian Glonek is the Director of Sales for Talamore Woodbury, bringing over a decade of experience in serving seniors and their families. He has a unique perspective, having experienced the challenges of transitioning loved ones into senior living personally. Brian's empathetic approach and understanding nature make him an excellent resource for seniors and families navigating this process for the first time. Outside of work, Brian enjoys staying active outdoors, attending concerts, exploring the Twin Cities, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
